Job summary

The incumbent will lead maintenance, quality, scheduling, and engineering, manage capital requests, and partner with departments to deliver reliable production and service. Strong Lean/Six Sigma focus expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operational management or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience in industrial manufacturing with proven results.
• Experience with foam molding or shaping operations preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Direct safety, quality, production scheduling, maintenance, tooling, and engineering.
• Drive year-over-year cost reductions via P&L analysis and budgets.
• Coordinate long- and short-range plans with corporate operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Quality, and HR on initiatives.
• Oversee ISO/Quality Management Program and plant maintenance.
