Job summary

Life Remembered is seeking a Contact Center Agent to join our Family Outreach team. You’ll be the first point of contact for families exploring cemetery products and services, helping connect them with the right Sales Advisor and location.

You must be comfortable on the phone, have strong listening and communication skills, and document calls clearly. We provide training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Enjoy talking with and helping people.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Be able to accurately document calls and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Speak with prospective families to understand needs and interest.
• Set appointments for Sales Advisors.
• Earn incentives when appointments convert to sales.
• Serve as a customer service liaison for families.
• Answer general questions about cemeteries and services.
• Forward calls to the appropriate cemetery location when needed.
• Enter accurate notes into our contact center software.
• Follow established call scripts and outreach procedures.
