Job summary

Splitero, Inc. is a remote-first fintech startup seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to people managers, coaching them through performance conversations, team dynamics, and day-to-day leadership challenges.

The role owns performance management end-to-end and will evolve our review strategy as the company grows. You will lead compensation strategy, analyze market data, administer merit and bonus cycles, and partner with finance on commission plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience owning compensation administration and evolving comp strategy
• Experience designing and evolving performance management methodology and investigations

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to people managers, coaching them through performance conversations and leadership challenges
