Prudential in Newark, NJ seeks a Manager, People Business Leader (PBL) to serve as a generalist partner within the People team. You will provide day-to-day HR support to directors and VPs, partner with COEs, and help drive talent processes and organizational initiatives.

This hybrid role requires at least a bachelor's degree and strong stakeholder management, project execution, and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence leaders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business judgment, strategic thinking and decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information.
