Job summary

Releady is seeking a proactive People Business Partner Generalist to serve as the engine for the global PBP team. You’ll work directly with business leaders to deliver data, org planning, and talent-cycle support in a fast-paced tech environment.

This hybrid role supports 25 PBPs, requires strong data visualization and Workday skills, and involves coordinating organizational changes and executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR-related roles (HR Specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner).
• Proven client-facing experience with managers and leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with strong Sheets/Excel skills.
• High proficiency in Workday with custom reports and org charts.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio/Google Data Studio and ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Ability to build project workback plans and align cross-functional timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of core HR concepts and regional labor compliance.
• "Always learning" mindset, ownership mentality, and strong team-player approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex HR data into clear, executive-ready formats and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc data pulls and demographic cuts for leadership.
• Partner with COEs and People Operations on governance and validation of reports.
• Work with Workday headcount, job profiles, and org charts to support org plans.
• Manage population and compliance analyses for cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to onboarding decks and analytics for new executives.
• Coordinate talent-cycle workbacks and communications schedules.
• Design executive presentations and prep for leadership offsites.
