Job summary

Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation (MHIF) is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and offboarding. This role also collaborates with Marketing on employer branding and internal communications, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.

Approximately 75% of the role covers HR activities and 25% supports Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

• Professional HR knowledge including recruiting, onboarding, HR administration.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: postings, screening, scheduling, candidate comms.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and recruitment plans.
• Oversee onboarding, IT setup, and initial employee experience.
• Administer benefits, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance.
• Support internal communications, employer branding, and marketing coordination.
