Job summary

• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments where structure is still being created.
• Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and high-performance culture.
• Able to partner with founders, executives, and managers on organizational design and leadership development.
• Resourceful and pragmatic, willing to roll up sleeves to help employees and the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and processes for growth.
• Establish foundational people operations infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee programs.
