About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented People & Talent Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll support both recruiting and core people operations functions—helping us attract top talent and ensure a seamless employee experience from hire to day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate the full‑cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain candidate records and communications
  • Recruit for open roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and managing early‑stage candidate engagement
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and scheduling needs
People Operations
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation to create a positive first‑day experience
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems
  • Assist with offboarding logistics and exit documentation
  • Help coordinate company‑wide communications, events, and engagement activities
  • Support HR programs and initiatives including benefits administration, culture projects, events, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn and Rippling are a plus)
  • Positive, collaborative, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for people and culture

Work Schedule

Full time, Monday – Friday

Work Location

On‑site at 20730 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032 (Hybrid 1 day a week)

Compensation

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education/certification(s).

  • Base Hourly Range: $31.25 – $33.65 per hour
  • Comprehensive health benefits package including Regence medical, Delta Dental, VSP vision, life insurance coverage, and long‑term disability - multiple plan options including fully paid plans by Redwood Outdoors–Medical starts within 30 days of start date!
  • 401k with Company Match after 6 months of employment
  • $400 towards Learning and Development
