Four Seasons Lanai invites applications for a People & Culture Coordinator to support a luxury hospitality team on the island of Lanai. This role handles employee inquiries, records, communications, and onboarding activities to maintain a positive workplace culture.

The position requires legal US work authorization, a Hawaii Driver's License for inter-location travel on-island, and a willingness to work a 7-day, 24-hour operation with holidays and weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Hawaii Driver's License is required for this role to be able to drive between resort locations.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy skills, with proficiency in computer systems and technology required to support daily operations.
