Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC seeks a People Science Consultant to act as the strategic analytics adviser to People Success Partners and leaders. You will tackle high-stakes questions beyond dashboards and deliver clear recommendations shaping talent and org decisions.

You’ll be embedded with PSPs and leaders, combining research rigor with business judgment to drive real change through analyses, enablement, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a behavioral science or quantitative field, such as I/O Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Organizational Behavior, Statistics or Economics, or a master’s degree plus substantial experience in management consulting or analytics.
• 4+ years in people analytics, management consulting or a related analytical role, including time spent advising senior leaders directly.
• Solid grounding in research design and inferential statistics.
• Strong Exploratory Data Analysis skills.
• Consulting skills: scope unclear requests, manage stakeholders, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Advise PSPs and business leaders with dedicated analytics support across Engineering, Data Center Operations, Manufacturing and G&A.
• Handle high-visibility requests, including board materials, market comparisons and executive questions, with speed and accuracy.
• Lead deep dives when turnover spikes or engagement drops, linking data to business outcomes.
• Shape talent decisions by analyzing program outcomes and evaluating reorganizations for impact.
• Work embedded in the business, joining PSP and leadership forums to understand priorities and translate research into action.
