Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Oak Park Heights, MN is seeking a People Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate workforce reporting and self-service dashboards. You will partner with HR, HRIS, and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights, maintain data governance, and drive improvements in reporting quality and accessibility.

The role focuses on workforce metrics such as headcount and turnover, develops standard reports, and supports audit and governance processes while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, BI, or data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday Reporting, or similar.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce reports from HR systems and data platforms.
• Deliver standardized people metrics and reporting packages for managers and HR leaders.
• Generate reports on headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, demographics and talent movement.
• Design, develop, and maintain self-service reporting tools and dashboards.
