Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, and security responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday configuration, security, and HR processes.
• Design and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards.
• Partner with HR leaders to define reporting requirements and ensure data governance.
