Sound Credit Union is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role. You will generate workforce analytics, maintain compliance, and support employee experience through data-driven HR operations.

The role requires 1+ year HR experience with HRIS, analytics, or policy support. A High School Diploma is required, a Bachelor's in Business/HR is preferred, with a hybrid schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience, including HRIS, people analytics/reporting, or employment law/policy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/HR.

Responsibilities

• Produce workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure HR compliance through records management, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Improve HR operations via data management, process improvements, automation, and recognition programs.
