Job summary

Child Care Resource Center seeks a People Analyst to analyze operational data for People & Culture, manage project lifecycles, and implement policies and procedures. The role splits time between data coordination and people analytics, requiring solid experience in data reporting and dashboarding.

The position is full-time, hybrid, based at the Chatsworth headquarters, with background checks and travel as part of the role. Strong Workday reporting and BI tooling are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science with focus on workforce trends.
• 1 year Workday Core Reporting and Calculated Fields experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Project Coordination and People Data Analytics (split across duties).
• Develop and analyze dashboards and reports for HR/People data; communicate findings to stakeholders.
