Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to turn HR data into actionable insights. You will build reports, dashboards, and AI-powered narratives that accelerate decision-making for leaders across the business.

This individual contributor role partners with People Operations, Finance, and leaders, owning reporting from question to insight to action while ensuring privacy and governance of People data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR systems, analytics, or operations with reporting ownership.
• Expert-level in at least one major HRIS (Workday, Rippling) incl. reports and security.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau/Looker/Power BI; strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience applying AI tooling to generate insights with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HR systems, incl. config, data integrity, security roles.
• Build reports, dashboards on headcount, hiring, retention, compensation.
• Translate questions into metrics; propose actions based on data.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create data stories.
• Establish data standards and single source of truth.
• Protect employee data with privacy controls and legal collaboration.
