CHANEL in New York City is seeking a Group Director of Organization Design & Change Enablement to lead the Center of Excellence in P&O. You will own methods, tools, and enablement for organization design, operating model work, governance, and change adoption at enterprise scale.

You will partner with HRBPs and global teams to drive AI-enabled transformation, build scalable capabilities, and advance strategic advisory across the business.

Qualifications

• Deep organization design and operating model expertise.
• Fluency in a structured change-management methodology and adoption measurement.
• Group Director-level credibility and facilitation skills.
• Experience guiding high-stakes, cross-functional transformations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve CHANEL's House approach to organization design and operating model work across transformations and AI adoption.
• Diagnose and design across structure, operating model, spans and layers, roles and decision rights, governance, and ways of working.
• Create reusable tools for structure, role clarity, decision rights, and ways of working that scale across P&O and the business (PACE Program).
• Partner with Global to build change capability across the organization and leverage the House change-management approach.
