Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to lead AI-powered workflows across clinical research operations. You will bridge product, engineering, and operations, working with clinicians and data scientists to prototype and deploy solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with security and governance, and iterative delivery in a fast-moving, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping software products, AI applications, technical solutions, or production systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, agent design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong technical fluency with modern AI development workflows and tooling.
• Experience translating user needs into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and own AI-powered workflows from discovery to deployment.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
• Design, prototype, and roll out agentic systems using modern LLM platforms.
