Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology, AI enablement, automation, integrations, or related roles.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Design, build, or enable automated workflows across enterprise systems and business processes.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, integrations, scripting, SQL/data querying, workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation in an enterprise setting.
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle concepts: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support.
• Partner across engineering, business, security, governance, UX, and platform teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Ability to evaluate feasibility, complexity, business value, risk, and scalability when prioritizing automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; translate between technical teams and business partners.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, drive initiatives from discovery through adoption.
