Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a PBP Enablement Partner in Cupertino to design and operationalize headcount models and enable the People Business Partner organization for scalable delivery. You will partner with Finance, Analytics, COEs, and leadership to translate priorities into tools and processes that support growth.

The role focuses on building repeatable systems, data-informed insights, and strong cross-functional collaboration, including AI-enabled workflows within the People function.

Qualifications

12+ years in HR or People Ops with systems/operational focus.
Strong analytical skills and workforce data modeling experience.
Experience building cross-functional end-to-end processes.
Able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Headcount model maintenance, evolution, and governance.
Track spans, ratios, coverage; surface gaps and optimization opportunities.
Support planning cycles with data, modeling, and insights.
Maintain PBP mapping as the single source of truth.
Build COE partnerships and standardize practices.
Lead AI enablement and automation initiatives for PBPs.
