Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks an AI Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML platforms for World Wide Sales. You will partner with Product Management to translate strategy into engineering plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive POC validation with Python.

You will guide planning rituals, track component integration, and provide clear updates to executives, while elevating delivery processes in a fast-paced dual-speed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or related role in software/data organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed software or data-driven products.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to read diagrams, APIs, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of key AI/ML platforms supporting Sales teams.
• Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps into engineering plans, sprints, and milestones.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Software Eng, Data Science, UX/UI, EA, and InfoSec teams.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Lead engineering planning, daily stand-ups, design reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Track integration of components like LLM APIs, data pipelines, and microservices.
• Distill complex engineering progress into concise executive updates for stakeholders.
• Improve delivery processes to foster efficiency in a fast-paced, dual-speed org.
• Possess depth to review AI POCs written in Python and validate scalability with the team.
• Drive MLOps practices, incl. version control, CI/CD, testing, and production monitoring.
