Lendable Ltd is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you'll own key aspects of the employee lifecycle, from probation and absence through to family leave and flexible working, pairing process execution with commercially minded advice so managers and employees are well supported.

You'll also get exposure to our international populations as we scale beyond the UK.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a HR advisory type role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice (US is a plus) across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in managing a range of ER cases.
• Confidence engaging with managers and senior stakeholders and advising when needed.
• Balance business and people needs with good judgement.
• Self-driven, autonomous with ability to plan and prioritise.
• Curious about AI to improve People processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead probation and absence management and support performance management.
• Provide practical advice to managers and employees and escalate where needed.
• Act as tier-2 support beyond the self-serve bot and identify where the bot could improve.
• Support organisational change and People agenda with AI-driven insights.
• Support onboarding, policy and benefits for international populations as we scale.
• Partner with broader People Partnering team on strategic work and patterns.
