Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Chicago-based People Advisor to join the People team. You will translate People policies into actionable guidance, support onboarding, employee relations, and lifecycle activities to create a positive employee experience.

The role entails compliance, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid role with occasional downtown Chicago commuting; experience in SaaS and strong knowledge of US employment laws are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a People Team role, ideally within a SaaS company.
• Proven success creating positive employee experiences across the lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of US employment laws; Canadian knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line guidance and coaching on People policies and processes.
• Partner with People Operations to ensure accurate employee data and changes.
• Identify recurring questions and improve the employee experience.
• Support managers with low-to-moderate employee relations matters.
• Translate policies into practical guidance for managers and employees.
