This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, compliance, and change initiatives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. # Key Responsibilities* Partner with business leaders to understand operational priorities and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.* Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.* Support talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, engagement planning, and retention strategies.* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs, improve hiring outcomes, and support onboarding for new employees.* Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement.* Partner with compensation, benefits, payroll, learning and development, and other HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions.* Lead or support change management initiatives, helping leaders communicate effectively and manage organizational transitions.* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.* Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. # Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.* 5 or more years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting managers and business leaders.* Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements.* Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.* Experience using HR data, metrics, and systems to inform recommendations and decisions.* Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. # Preferred Qualifications* Experience leading change management, employee engagement, talent review, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.* Experience in HealthcareFor salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
