Job summary

Lockton invites an HR Advisor to join the Corporate Functions team, supporting HR Business Partners to deliver insight, guidance and practical support so areas execute their people strategies across Center-Shared Services. You'll collaborate with global and US People & Culture teams, assist with HR initiatives, reporting, and employee relations, and help manage communications.

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence at least four days per week and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting HRBP functions.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR initiatives and projects.
• Reinforce policies and practices; escalate issues.
• Support HR business partners with reporting and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with global and US People & Culture teams.
• Build strong relationships across Lockton.
• Understand business structure strategically.
• Participate in core HR initiatives and projects.
• Be a visible role model for Lockton and its values.
• Manage and conduct exit interviews.
• Act as agent of change to ensure best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of HR function.
• Assist with business-driven projects with HRBP.
• Use data and analytics to support business activities.
• Maintain HR communications across Workplace and internal channels.
• Assist with New Hire Check-In and Year-End Performance process.
