Job summary

Paychex in Boston seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive PEO product and service adoption, expanding the client base and increasing revenue within the PEO Sales organization.

Under general supervision, you will identify prospects, present Paychex solutions to decision makers, onboard new clients, and collaborate with brokers to secure referrals, with occasional travel beyond your territory.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and increase the client base to grow profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers and potential clients to secure referrals.
• Onboard PEO clients smoothly and address client issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel outside of the geographic territory for conferences, training or meetings as needed.
