Job summary

Paychex is hiring in the Atlanta area to sell PEO products and services, expanding the client base and driving profitability within the PEO Sales organization. You will use the Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers, balancing in-person and virtual interactions to win business.

You will onboard clients, manage referrals, and travel as needed for conferences and training while developing technical and sales skills to advance within the Paychex

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• 5 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders to increase revenue.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially broker channels.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using multiple channels.
• Analyze prospect needs, refer to appropriate sales partner, ensure satisfaction.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure smooth transition.
• Travel outside territory for conferences or trainings.
