Paychex is seeking a full-time Sales professional in Houston to grow the PEO client base by identifying new business and expanding profits for the PEO Sales organization. You will use the Go-to-Market strategy to present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, schedule meetings, and manage referrals from brokers and current clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years sales/sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and increase the client base for PEO Sales to raise profits.
• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base via phone, direct mail, seminars, and events.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
• Represent the company professionally to create sales opportunities and attend partner meetings.
