Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee client onboarding and oversee full implementation of PEO solutions. You will configure systems, train clients, and ensure a smooth transition to our services with expert guidance on best practices.

You will coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll to maintain project timelines, meet deadlines, and stay current on benefit regulations and industry trends.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required with related HR/payroll implementation experience.
• Experience implementing HRIS/PEO solutions and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and MS Office suite for configuration and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead client implementation projects for new PEO clients from init to go-live.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements and ensure compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and address questions.
• Provide training and guidance on system use and best practices.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and templates.
