Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations for new PEO clients, coordinating with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll to ensure a smooth transition to our services.

You will configure our PEO solutions, provide expert guidance on system setup, deliver training to clients, and identify process improvements while staying current with regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent; at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in PrismHR; strong payroll and HR process knowledge.
• Experience implementing, payroll, or related field; ability manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO clients.
• Configure PEO solutions to client needs.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation; address concerns and guidance.
• Provide training on the PEO system to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll.
