Job summary

Rippling is seeking a PEO HR Advisor on the West Coast to deliver HR consulting for PEO, ASO and US EOR clients. You will advise on leave, performance, terminations, and policy development while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to improve HR compliance tools and work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to meet client needs. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role requiring 5+ years of client-facing HR experience, Salesforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing HR consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local HR compliance.
• Experience handling unemployment benefits, state leave benefits, disability benefits, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
• Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Must be based on the West Coast, PST working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely HR advice to PEO/ASO/US EOR customers to reduce employer risk.
• Field customer inquiries as a trusted HR expert; work with sales, implementation, support, and account teams.
• Assist customers in managing unemployment benefits, state leave benefits, disability, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
• Establish processes to professionalize consulting and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to develop a tech-driven HR services offering.
• Stay highly organized and follow through on projects.
• Challenge the status quo when improvements are needed.
