Rippling, a leading HR, IT, and Finance platform, is seeking an Accounting Manager in Seattle to build a robust accounting infrastructure for PEO operations. You will spearhead PEO compliance reporting, tax compliance, and external audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with NetSuite, Snowflake, and Tableau.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
CPA or Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred.
Experience with NetSuite ERP and data warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for PEO entities.
Ensure compliance with U.S. PEO laws and regulations.
Prepare and analyze U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate audits.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, treasury, tax, product, and R&D.
Drive process automation to streamline journal entries and reporting.
Take ownership of ad-hoc requests and special projects.
