• Experience inside the Pentagon or directly supporting Army Secretariat/HQDA staffs.
• Ability to provide trusted, independent executive-level support to senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of Army staff operations and Pentagon protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison between WFO/OIBIO leadership and Army Secretariat and HQDA.
• Manage calendars, travel, engagements, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
• Track tasks using ETMS2 and ensure timely status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate security, access, badging, and clearance for government personnel and contractors.
• Oversee contractor requirements and Army-furnished equipment management.
