Job summary

Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance with 7+ years of relevant experience, including DoD HQ or military staff exposure. The position requires on-site work at the Pentagon and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years supporting DoW headquarters or similar military staff.
• Experience drafting official documents and staff packages.
• Knowledge of DoW records management standards.
• Experience with data definitions, governance, or acquisition data.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Master’s degree (may substitute with Bachelor's + 2 years).
• Able to work fully onsite at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite business operations, correspondence management, data governance, and workflow support to the DASW (SSIPM) Front Office.
• Manage CATMS tasking and tracking actions for senior leadership.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate staff packages and official correspondence.
• Maintain control systems for classified and unclassified documentation.
• Support workflow development, training, meeting coordination, and administrative operations.
• Deconstruct policy, law, and guidance into structured data elements and governance packages.
