Job summary

Mb Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pentagon Liaison and Executive Support Officer to provide high-level management and integration within the Pentagon for Army Materiel Command Operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in the Pentagon, expertise in Army staff processes, and be able to operate autonomously. This full-time contractor position requires a Master's degree with 15 years experience or equivalent military background, and an active Top Secret - SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in related field; MA/MS can be substituted for 25+ years of related military experience.
• Prior experience working inside the Pentagon or supporting Army Secretariat/HQDA staffs.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal liaison between WFO/OIBIO leadership and Pentagon organizations.
• Independently manage calendars, travel, and engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Track and manage WFO/OIBIO taskings using Enterprise Task Management Software System.
