KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned PAE Undersea Action Officer to serve as an on-site Pentagon representative and collaborator for the Undersea Executive Director. You will engage with Navy and OSD leadership, track actions, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance.

The role requires extensive Pentagon experience, top-level security clearance, and strong written/oral communication skills to support fast-paced decision making and program analysis for senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering or technical program analysis experience.
• Experience with U.S. Navy operational or staff environments and Pentagon stakeholders.
• TOP SECRET clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend Pentagon meetings on behalf of the PAE Undersea ED and translate takeaways into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate in-person support at the Pentagon, escorting to meetings and introducing stakeholders.
• Liaise between Pentagon offices, NAVSEA, Team Submarine, and other organizations; identify engagement needs.
• Track and manage action items from engagements with timely follow-up.
