Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership in a fast-paced Pentagon environment. The role requires exceptional organization, calendar management, executive support, and coordination of travel and briefings for SES-level leaders.

The position is on-site at the Pentagon daily, with a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of relevant experience), and 3+ years of experience supporting SES or federal offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing administrative support to SES Military Office or federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize executive support requirements for senior leaders including calendars and travel.
• Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence and memos.
• Manage complex calendars for SES-level executives.
• Coordinate SES and Director reporting through government systems.
• Prepare briefing materials and liaise for IT/AV requirements for engagements.
• Maintain filing systems and distribute sensitive documents for meetings.
