CATHEXIS is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with an active Top Secret / SCI clearance to join our team in Tysons, VA. You will translate stakeholder requirements into precise specifications and collaborate with project managers and technical staff to deliver enhancements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI Poly or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience supporting technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multifunctional teams.
• Experience conveying technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented, energetic, delivery-focused, and quality-driven.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, communicating progress, and recommending actions.
• Support change analysis, impact assessments, and coordination with developers, data scientists, SMEs, and QA teams.
• Plan and support UAT to confirm delivered capabilities meet requirements.
• Identify gaps and ambiguities in requirements early and drive resolution.
• Develop strategic plans and identify areas for process improvements and more efficient practices.
