Job summary

CATHEXIS in the United States is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Analyst to support senior SES-level leaders at the Pentagon. The role focuses on executive support, calendar management, and coordinating complex tasks in a fast-paced government environment.

You will prepare briefing materials, manage travel documents, coordinate meetings, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information. A Top Secret clearance and strong MS Office skills are essential for success in this on-site position

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support to an SES Military Office, Government Offices or Federal Agencies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Executive Support: coordinate and synchronize daily and weekly support for senior leaders and manage calendars.
• Meeting & Event Management: prepare briefing materials and coordinate high-level conference rooms and AV.
• Document & Information Management: retrieve, collate, reformat, and distribute briefing materials and maintain filing systems.
• Support & Task Coordination: act as a point of contact for leaders and screen calls, track tasks and deadlines.
• Control Officer Duties: manage Top Secret documents in secure environments and coordinate clearance verifications.
