Job summary

CATHEXIS seeks a dynamic Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership at the Pentagon, coordinating calendars, executive travel, and critical documents. This on-site role requires meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced government environment.

Applicants must have a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, and 3+ years supporting SES-level offices. Proficiency with DTS, CATMS, ETMS2 and related systems is essential; competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication; ability to draft executive-level docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with government task management systems (DTS/CATMS/ETMS2).
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate near term, daily and weekly support for senior leaders; manage ops and cross-department action.
• Draft, edit, and proofread executive memos and talking points with high attention to detail.
• Manage complex SES-level calendars; ensure priority meetings and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate SES and Director reporting through government systems and provide tracking.
