Job summary

CATHEXIS in Washington, DC, seeks a dynamic Business Operations Analyst to support senior leadership in a fast-paced government environment. The role is on-site at the Pentagon and requires meticulous organization, executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities include executive support, calendar management, travel coordination, and document control for SES-level leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing administrative support to a SES Military Office, Government Offices or Federal Agencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience with DTS and CATMS, TMT, ETMS2, or other similar Government Task Management System.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Coordinate and synchronize near term, daily and weekly support requirements to senior leaders, including management of assigned operations, information updates, and inter-department action coordination.
• Meeting & Event Management: Proof and prepare briefing materials, Read-Ahead documents, and other reports as required; coordinate IT/AV requirements for engagements.
• Document & Information Management: Retrieve, collate, reformat, and distribute briefing materials and other sensitive documents; maintain filing systems and ensure timely delivery.
• Support & Task Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders; screen calls and manage messages; track and prioritize tasks.
• Control Officer Duties: Manage secure handling of Top Secret documents in SCIF; maintain visitor logs and clearance verifications; onboarding/offboarding documentation.
