Beacon Hill is seeking a Pension Administrator to support the administration and processing of retirement and pension benefits. You will work directly with plan participants and beneficiaries, assisting with applications, calculating benefits, and ensuring accurate documentation and payments.

The role focuses on responding to inquiries, processing various pension benefits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate benefit calculations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement, accrued benefits, and plan rules.
• Prepare and process pension applications for Basic and Supplemental Plan benefits.
• Review retirement and death benefit applications for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Calculate benefits, including QDROs and post-retirement benefits.
• Meet with participants to provide information regarding pension benefits.
• Coordinate with internal departments on medical premium deductions and benefit calculations.
