Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Pension Processor to perform technical and administrative duties related to retirement benefit inquiries and applications, ensuring accuracy per plan guidelines. This role requires high attention to detail, data entry, and communication with participants, employers, and unions.

The company emphasizes integrity, confidentiality of PHI/PII, and opportunities for growth. Prolonged computer work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned Plan(s).
• Scans applications and all relevant documents into appropriate system.
• Processes retirement benefit applications; verifies accuracy and completeness.
• Responds to inquiries from participants, beneficiaries, and union representatives.
• Performs data entry and corrections to update members’ information.
