Pacific Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Pension & Annuity Lead to assist in overseeing Pension and Annuity Department operations. You will work with the supervisor, legal counsel, actuaries, and Trustees to process benefits and handle client communications.

Responsibilities include processing Pension and Annuity benefits, responding to inquiries, and preparing status reports. The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency in math and 10-key by touch, and strong organizational skills.

About the Role

The Pension & Annuity Lead will work under the Pension & Annuity Supervisor to assist in the oversight of Pension and Annuity Department operations, including processing pension and annuity benefits and collaborating with the Fund’s legal counsel, plan actuaries, and Trustees.

Working Conditions

• PAI offices are indoors & air-conditioned while conditions may vary at client locations
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
• The duties assigned will have situations that will require extra time
