Job summary

Pacific Administrators is seeking a Pension & Annuity Representative I to support the Pension & Annuity Supervisor by processing benefits and delivering excellent service to clients and fund professionals in accordance with plan rules and regulatory requirements. The role requires a high school diploma, strong math and data-entry skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in math with accurate data entry.
• 10-key by touch required.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve client and fund professional inquiries.
• Process pension and annuity benefits.
• Submit benefits information to plan custodian.
• File maintenance for all clients and fund professionals.
• Assist with client mailings and regulatory notices.
• Maintain status reports and provide reports as needed.
• Occasional carrying/loading/transport of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
