Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science.
• Proven ability to perform complex calculations in real time.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to float between client projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to plan inquiries and client requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist in calculating and processing payments for termination, retirement, and death benefits for simple plans.
• Support consultants in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate information flow between clients and trustees.
• Reconcile plan assets and memberships; prepare year-end statements.
• Prepare membership and asset data for actuarial valuations.
• Apply pension calculations per plan provisions and laws.
• Work with pension databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Attend internal trainings and participate in client meetings.
