Job description

As a global-leading health and well-being provider – encompassing physical, mental and financial health – TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers and employees.

Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together

TELUS Health (US) Benefits Administration and Operations brings specialized expertise and innovative solutions to benefits administration, data management, and comprehensive client support. Our purpose is to streamline complex benefits processes through sophisticated database management and technical excellence, allowing organizations to deliver seamless benefits experiences while we handle the intricate technical and administrative complexities.

We are a customer-first, collaboration-focused team that thrives on working together to solve complex challenges, putting our clients at the center of everything we do while actively fostering new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of doing things. We embrace efficiency and process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies, always seeking innovation and continuous improvement in how we deliver exceptional service.

Why join this team?
  • Variety & Impact: You won’t be stuck in a repetitive loop. You’ll handle the pension process "from soup to nuts," dealing with call center inquiries, complex calculations and direct client interaction.
  • Intellectual Challenge: While basic tasks are automated or handled by partners, this role focuses on the "heavy lifting"; the complex, high-level calculations that require real analytical skill.
  • Flexibility: A remote-first environment with a supportive leader who values autonomy and a positive outlook.

We are seeking a mathematically-driven Client Service Analyst II to join our DB Large Market team. This is not a typical administrative role; it is a technical position requiring a high aptitude for complex pension calculations and the ability to navigate intricate financial data. • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
  • Proven ability to perform complex calculations in real-time.
  • A self-starter with a positive outlook and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible enough to float between different client projects as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
  • 1–3+ years of professional experience.
  • Prior experience in Pension or Benefits Administration.
  • Experience within a call center environment (if paired with the required math degree).
