Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide pricing and design support for design/build and bid projects. You will apply PEMB design knowledge to assist Field Sales, Estimators, and Builders, ensuring code-compliant solutions and accurate estimates.

The role requires ABET-degree engineers, FE certification, and strong communication skills. Travel is limited; extensive training is provided, and compensation includes bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil or architectural engineering with structural focus.
• FE exam passed; PE license preferred/required.
• Experience in PEMB design and pricing processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and designs from drawings using pricing and design programs.
• Provide designs meeting code requirements and manufacturing constraints.
• Consult Builders, Field Sales, and Estimators on codes and framing.
• Lead training for Builder Network and Field Sales on pricing tools.
• Travel as needed (less than 2 times per year).
