Job summary

Lignetics, INC. seeks a Utility/Relief Operator in Missouri to operate pellet mills and dryers, monitor temperatures, and regulate material mix. You will complete daily reports and assist with shift coverage after initial 1st-shift training.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years of production experience, and strong English communication for safety and operation procedures. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years production experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Able to read, interpret, and follow English safety and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust pellet mills and dryers per specifications.
• Regulate material mix to optimize moisture and density.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and bearing issues.
• Complete daily reports: temperatures, moisture, density, tonnage.
• Maintain safety and report hazards using English-language cues.
