Job summary

Lignetics, a Wisconsin-based producer, seeks a Mill Equipment Operator for 2nd shift (M-F 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (Sat-Thu 11pm-7am). You will operate two pellet mills, run QC on finished pellets, test raw materials and moisture, and manage roll changes with overhead hoist.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Requires knowledge of the production process and mechanical troubleshoooting.
• Ability to pass forklift certification and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust two pellet mills.
• Perform QC testing of finished pellets.
• Test incoming raw material and moisture content.
• Perform roll changes on pellet mills using overhead hoist.
• Inspect process and identify issues.
