Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of district-level data collection/entry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEIMS data collection, integration, and formatting.
• Coordinate with campus, business office, and personnel staff to collect and format PEIMS data.
• Run edits, reports, and verification checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Distribute edits and reports for analysis, verification, and correction.
• Submit complete PEIMS data to TEA in the prescribed formats.
• Verify data submitted to TEA and submit corrections promptly.
• Provide training and support to campuses and staff responsible for PEIMS processing.
• Receive PEIMS information from ESC/TEA and disseminate updates to staff.
• Attend regional PEIMS workshops and share information with staff.
• Maintain Skyward setup for yearly and year-end processes.
• Assist with health records maintenance and transfer data as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
